The carers made me laugh and I had a good time and felt relaxed, I even went for a swim which is something I don’t normally do. I liked all the photos and I made some new friends.

I had the pleasure of being on a cruise in December with a few of your travellers and their carers. I have to say it was one of the most amazing times away made so special by seeing these truly beautiful adults enjoying themselves laughing, dancing and being blended into the cruise life.

I watched your tour leader with his client, your staff member was attentive, helpful and considerate of his client’s needs. At first, I thought they were friends travelling together as they seemed to be having such a great time! Your tour leader is a true asset to your team, if more people were like him, the world would be a much brighter place.

I enjoyed the holiday because of the individual attention to each person attending holidays. There is always excellent staff and great attention to detail before tour.

I think my holiday was the best as I was able to make friends with everyone. I loved the job all the leaders did in looking after me on this great holiday!

To whom it may concern,

Apologies for the late email, but we just wanted to congratulate your amazing team who attended a 7 night Great Barrier Reef cruise from August 11th to August 18th this year aboard the Pacific Dawn out of Brisbane.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be on this cruise also, and we were both delighted to see the special needs guys and girls being given the opportunity also to be able to enjoy some time away home and experience life at sea.

The amazing team of ladies who took care of the men and women did an absolute superb job seeing they all were safe, happy and thoroughly enjoying themselves throughout the entire cruise, and too while having to address and see to their specific individual special need(s).

I believe their names are Maureen, Judy, Ruth and Helen. They truly do need to recognized for their tireless effort, enthusiasm and passion that showed every day and all with smiles on their faces.

We hope you can personally acknowledge all ladies on what a wonderful and rewarding contribution they make to these peoples everyday lives and giving them an opportunity which may otherwise never happen.

Following your success at the Victorian Tourism Awards last year, Leisure Options has now been successful at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards winning the bronze award for Specialised Tourism Services.

This is so exciting for your business and yet again demonstrates the value of this industry to the Victorian people.

I just wanted to thank you and the staff on the Adelaide trip.
Peter had a wonderful time and was very happy on his return.

I actually did not recognise him at the station wearing his ‘dapper’ hat!

It might just seem like ‘a hat’ BUT the choosing and purchasing ‘the hat’ is a big deal for Pete.

I think that this is an important part of these holidays…making independent choices, talking things over with people who are not closely involved in his everyday life.

Highlights of the holiday included meeting new people, stepping out of his comfort zone, having new experiences, having fun. It was a great week for him.

Leisure Options holidays have been of enormous value to Andy and especially helped him to mature socially. You all deserve congratualtions for your patience and kindness in taking him away and I am grateful too because you provide friendship for him also whilst on holidays.
